On Sunday 11 August 2013 at 12 noon CrossFit Pottstown will host a FREE CrossFit Introductory Session designed for individuals who are “CrossFit Curious”.
This session will last roughly 2 hrs and will cover CrossFit's foundational movements and CrossFit methodology.
